  The Diversion Treatment Court (DTC) Program is the longest running mental health court of its kind in Georgia. The DTC was established in 2001 and is a pre-plea diversion program. In the DTC program, a defendant agrees to participate in a treatment program designed to meet their individual needs. The treatment plan is developed by the court's social worker and approved by the judge.
